Writing an opinion piece

This is one of my highest students. If your writing is not entertaining, who will want to read it? Since this was their first day working with the sentence frames, I kept it simple and stuck to these sentence frames. It needs to be clear and your arguments should interpret the facts in a way that makes sense.


Most of the op-ed pieces my students have published over the years—in large publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post as well as small ones like The Star Ledger—are between and words.
